Christmas Wreath Workshop 2019
Location: The Hidden Lane Tea Room, 1103 Argyle Street, Glasgow
Dates and times: Thursday 5 Dec 6pm, Friday 6 Dec 6pm, Sunday 8 Dec 10am
To book: Book via Brown Paper Tickets website (pre-booking essential)
In this workshop Melanie from Briar Rose Design will teach you how to make a beautiful hand-crafted traditional Christmas wreath from scratch.
Using a variety of foliage, dried fruits, pine cones, ribbons and cinnamon sticks we will create a wonderfully fragrant and environmentally friendly wreath which can be hung on your door to welcome in Santa and his elves (or any other visitors).
This year the workshop will be taking place at the Hidden Lane Tearoom and will get you feeling extra festive with tasty treats to fuel your festive crafting. Please let us know your dietary requirements before the workshop.
All materials will be provided for you but if you have any decorations or foliage from your garden you would like to include to personalise your design, please do bring them along. No experience is necessary.
Wreath making can be a messy business so wear old clothes, or things you don't mind getting dirty. Some people also find it beneficial to bring gardening gloves to protect their hands and something to transport your wreath home in. Not suitable for children.
